How many sessions does it take?
Healing is different for everyone, so there’s no set number of sessions. Your progress depends on various factors like past and current obstacles, and available resources. You should see gradual improvement along the way.
Use the technique as much as you need until it helps. It is recommended to use it in 20-70 minute increments until your distress about the issue is gone. Some of our users report noticing a difference in as little as 15 minutes.
